She was curious and gracious, yet professional and tended to her tables as well as listening to me. She could of pushed us aside, say hello and walk away. I know she was not our wait staff today but I REQUEST that she get a reward AS WELL for doing what I asked as the customer. Y’all would blow Augusta away, along with Aiken, South Carolina right across the bridge! I asked about the lovely pineapples on the wait staff’s name tags, I was told they are almost like kudos charms! Well all four of them need a pineapple, a shark, a palm tree or whatever tiki options are rewarded! Maze did not wait on us, Cynthia did but I asked to meet her! I watched them work tirelessly to keep the guest happy with a smile on their faces! These days you’re lucky to get a kind word from anyone in the industry but these ladies were amazing. It was amazing!!! I wanted dessert but we were stuffed! My husband loved his too! It practically had the whole ocean in it! Seafood paella! Cynthia our waitress was kind, professional, patient, and fabulous! So is her daughter! Good or should I say badass professionals in any field are hard to find these days! These are the people that make your resturant stand out! The vibrant happy paint on the walls match the employees and manager of the magical place! I was so excited, I begged the manager to get this chain to come to Augusta Georgia where 45,000 vehicles pass down Washington road a day, it’s also the location of the international golf tournament! The Master’s! HINT HINT area managers, owners…. She had never tried the salmon but she offered to ask the chef, instead I just asked her to have them prepare it very dry. All of our food was beyond perfection and “Instagram worthy.” Our waitress didn’t pressure us to order fast & answered every question honestly. And I immediately saw a gorgeous tropical drink! I was like I don’t know what that is but I want one! But I ended up getting the pineapple drink literally served in a pineapple! I don’t usually enjoy frozen drinks. Bam giant bold lettering! Bahamas Baby sign me up, so it’s damn near anytime is on beach time! Lol walking in the resturant we were greeted by Jamals and Lauren! We were cutting up about the cell phone photoshoot I was having of the entire place! Amazing, friendly above and beyond!! I was an executive sales trainer most of my life them two need to move up the food chain fast! Managers with Charisma. the curb appeal! Wow it’s swimming pool/tropical blue bright blue exterior…. I came to Charleston to do two photoshoots yesterday! I’m a genuinely…silly happy person! So finding a resturant that transports you to the islands! With happy, silly, fun sarcastic staff, with manners and comedy are few and far between! This place is a crown jewel.
